Before deleting your account it is important to keep in mind some points:
- After the action you won't be able to recover your data;
- Deleting your account won't cancel your automatic payment renewals. Check for any signatures made by Google Play, App Store or through our website at https://web.mobillsapp.com/profile. Any questions you can contact us before deleting your registration.

How to delete your Mobills account:
1. Access the Mobills Web (https://web.mobills.com.br); Click your photo on the upper right corner and then choose 'Settings';
2. In the settings, click the 'Personal Data and Privacy' tab. Then click on 'Delete Account';
Read the displayed message carefully and, if you are really sure that this is what you want, enter your password and click on 'Delete data and delete account!'.
PS: If you made your registration via Google account or Facebook and don't have a password registered, you'll need to follow the steps in the article 'I don't have my password!' and enter the email address of your Facebook or Google account.
