Because Apple does not allow us to manage the subscription you have acquired at Apple's official stores, you must request the refund and cancellation of your subscription together with Apple support.
For more information on reimbursement for services purchased through Apple, take a look at that article they made by clicking here.
To request a refund, follow the steps below:
1. View your purchase history
To open your purchase history, tap or click this link: View your purchase history.
You can see your purchase history in Settings on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or in iTunes on a Mac or PC. You can also go to reportaproblem.apple.com using any web browser.
2. Locate the order in your purchase history
Find the order with the item that you want to request a refund for and follow the directions for the device that you're using.

On the Report a Problem website: click Report a Problem to the right of the item.
